Workshop on “Additive Manufacturing for Healthcare Entrepreneurs”
Axis Institute of Pharmacy congratulates B. Pharm third-year students Anshu, Aslam Husain, Keshav Yadav, Rishabh Gupta, and Tanmay Gupta for completing the workshop on “Additive Manufacturing for Healthcare Entrepreneurs” at IIT Kanpur conducted on October 14-16, 2024. The workshop included expert lectures on additive manufacturing (AM) technologies, such as FDM, SLA, and SLS, delivered by Prof. N. Sinha and Prof. Pankaj Wahi Along with that students gained insights into CAD, 3D printing, and AM applications, while Prof. Sudhanshu Shekhar Singh highlighted material types used in AM.They also participated in hands-on 3D printing sessions at the Med Tech Centre. This workshop enhanced the student’s understanding of AM’s healthcare applications, supporting their professional development.
